BOOM!
on the cushion while
BANG!
you are, inexplicably
awake
RATTLE!
breathe in, breathe out
TING!
a brief rain shower,
passing car
STOMP!
the bell dings, ending
the morning session
SLAM!
like magic, a bagel & tea
on the table beside me
