Route 81 bridge over Nicholson PA.
At or near the Yasgur Farm field where Woodstock was held. A bit more research says this is called the “A Space In Time” memorial, and I’m very unclear on what it’s for or who put it there. It’s not far from the festival site, but not directly at it either.
